Occasionally with my models, appearances can be deceptive. Above is a portrait of one of my students. Lively, sharp-witted and blessed with a distinctive and eccentric elegance, Sarah is a mother of three daughters, a loving wife, an accomplished artist and student of ballet. She is also a director of Debrett’s and a former, rather formidable, CEO of Smythson. It is rare to find quite so charming a captain of industry.
